  • The main project under development is FerroSolar focused on the production of upgraded metallurgical grade solar grade silicon metal for the photovoltaic industry using electrometallurgical procedures.

  • More than 300 R&D projects developed over two decades. Featured projects: 
    • Cubipod. A prefabricated mass concrete component, patented internationally and used to shelter port dock constructions and coastline barriers.
    • Sogedron. UAV technology applied to geodesy and topography.
    • NeTTUN. Advanced technologies for tunnel-boring machines.
    • SULABU. Investigation and development project of a prefabricated multi-purpose plaque track for railways. 
    • Arid-Lap. Technological solutions destined to minimize the effects on railway infrastructure originated by extreme climatology.
    • High-tech pavements. Extensive experience in the development of more flexible, resistant, durable, draining, sustainable or economic bituminous, pavements and asphalt mixtures.
    • High resistance concretes. Own developed concrete with special characteristics in terms of weight, pumping capacity, self-compaction, high initial resistance, low shrinkage, low hydration heat or very high long-term resistance.
    • Digitization. Through the integration of the BIM methodology in its processes and the collaboration with technology companies in the development and implementation of digital solutions.
